Developer loans (B2B) go to experienced developers building affordable housing in high-demand areas
Homebuyers have paid their downpayment and are pre-approved for home mortgages by tier 1 banks
Uwi provides short-term bridge loans to finance the construction of these homes, which are repaid upon completion by the homebuyer's mortgage bank
